Customer Relation
Recently, I had a highly disappointing experience with a mortgage processor from AmeriSave. My understanding of the processor’s role was to assist clients through the application process to secure financing. Unfortunately, this individual displayed a lack of professionalism, appearing flustered and unprepared for her responsibilities. Following a brief and discourteous conversation, I was taken aback by some of her remarks. I attempted to contact her supervisor to convey my dissatisfaction, but my call and email went unanswered. It appears they share similar standards. I sincerely hope future clients receive a higher quality of service and that the importance of valuing a client’s time is recognized.

Is it not financial robbery?
It’s tough to see such a staggering 265.01% APR for those of us with bad credit. I truly understand the struggles many Americans face after experiencing the consequences of a low credit score. It’s a heavy burden to carry, knowing that we have to take responsibility for our financial past. These lenders often target individuals in our position, making it all feel so unfair. While it’s true that those with lower credit scores pose a higher risk of late payments, charging 265.01% APR seems extreme. Believe it or not, some lenders impose even steeper rates. From my own experiences, I deeply encourage you to steer clear of borrowing from any lender with sky-high interest rates, as they often hit us with hidden fees, too. Always take the time to do your research; it can also be helpful to seek advice from a trusted friend or a family member who understands finances.

The fact that anyone can grab a public platform to spout whatever nonsense they want is part of why our media—social, TV, podcasts, or otherwise—feels so toxic. Sports Network is a complete joke, and the five clowns in that picture say it all. Maybe it’s time we stop lowering our standards. Are we really so desperate that any pseudo-celeb can share an opinion and we treat it like expert insight? Being loud, manipulative, and over-the-top shouldn’t be enough to tell us what or how to think.
